1:1 Yoga Lessons (on-line or in person)

I create a short, safe Yoga practice, tailored specifically to your individual needs, which you then do independently. We review every few weeks. When done regularly helps maintain health and wellbeing.  More cost effective than a weekly class and the best way to develop autonomy with your practice and incorporate a healthy, self-nurturing practice into your daily life.

1:1 Yoga Therapy

Empowering you to do something for yourself that improves how you feel.  A safe Yoga practice and other lifestyle factors can be used alongside conventional medicine to improve your wellbeing. I create a safe, short, yoga practice for you, taking into account your body type, physical ability and all health needs. You then take this away and do it by yourself as part of your self-care strategy.

Yoga-For-Wellbeing

Yoga

Yoga practice works on many different levels: the physical body, mind, our energy body, and practice ultimately cultivates awareness of deeper more subtle aspects of our being.

The aim of our yoga practice is to move inwards to develop a better sense of ourselves. Practice helps us access the still, calm, place within us all, that source of strength, clarity and resilience. Touching this place on a regular basis helps guide us to make choices in life that make it more fulfilling and with less suffering.

Morven works with small groups in order to be able to adapt practices to individual needs. She  will
often know what we need before we do!! With her gentle but encouraging manner, her classes are the highlight of my day

The practices give a feeling of calmness and wellbeing but also a feeling that both body and mind have had a good work out. I can’t recommend Morven’s teaching enough. Morven is definitely the
best yoga teacher I’ve experienced.
