Covid 19 (September 2020)
Current Safety guidelines in place due Covid-19 Pandemic, to ensure safety of all of us.
Please be assured that I am following all government guidelines to maintain safety in all classes and
1:1 lessons.
- I have conducted risk assessments and all venues and are adhering to the COVID -19 safety protocols.
- I have measured the floor space and marked out mat placings to ensure everyone is spaced a safe 2m distance from other students or me.
- You are not required to wear a mask at these safe distances.
- Student numbers will be limited (depending on the hall size) so please pre-book your space.
- Venues will be well ventilated before, during and after class.
- If government guidelines change and venues close then classes will be offered on-line as an alternative.
Student Responsibilities:
- Please do not attend a class or lesson if you are unwell or have been asked to self-isolate due to travel or exposure to COVID19. (COVID symptoms- a temperature, a new persistent cough or a loss of taste or smell)
- Please bring your own mat and any equipment (eg blocks or cushion/pillow, a blanket) and please avoid sharing equipment. To minimize risk I won’t provide these at the moment.
- If you are purchasing a yoga mat it should ideally be a 'thin sticky mat' less than 6mm thick (avoid really thick gym mats if possible). Mats & blocks can often be purchased in TK Maxx quite cheaply.
- Please wash your hands or hand sanitize on arrival. Hand Sanitizer is available at each venue.
- Venues will be well ventilated so please ensure you have lots of layers so you don’t get cold.
