Although lockdown restrictions meant we had to work over Zoom she always paid attention to my postures and gave me subtle corrections as necessary to ensure healthy alignment.  I felt in very safe hands. The YHLB  programme gave me back a sense of control over my fitness.  I learnt so much about how my body works and many tools to help manage my back pain which is gradually reducing. But the course has given me so much more than that.  I really look forward to my daily yoga and relaxation sessions and can’t imagine life without them now!
