Subtle yoga inspired class using mindful, movement, breath and sound.
Chronic stress is detrimental to our health. Yoga is a wonderful self care practice that can help manage stress. With yoga practice we create a healthy adaptable nervous system, that can switch from stressed mode to calm, rest, digest and repair mode and cultivate sense of wellbeing. What to Expect in Group Classes
Accessible, mindful movement and breath practices suitable for beginners and those with previous experience of yoga. A holistic mind-body practice, taught in a friendly, relaxed, environment. Ideal for helping manage stress and building healthy nervous system resilience, whilst gently maintaining physical strength and mobility and working with the breath and the energy body.

Spring Term: 5 classes £45 (non refundable & payable in advance) OR Pay as you go £10.50 per class payable before the class.
